Hiya!

How’s your week? I’m wrapping up a bit of a vacay from making video and thought I’d drop you a line to see how you’re doing!

The worst part about taking time off is having to catch up on YouTube videos and one just dropped that you need to know about.

I found this video to be a pretty good insight as to what Jimmy is thinking with editing his videos.

Everything from sound design, to foreshadowing, and even how he's trying his best to build story arcs within the challenges.

He also admits that a lot of stuff is not scripted, and this video, in particular, just worked out for him to make a better story and villain. It's a good watch...

But there is more…

Aprilynn Alter is an up and coming YouTube guru. But I’ve learned my lesson from just trying anyone on the internet about YouTube growth…

But there are a few exceptions… one is Aprilynn… she’s really good and she just added to her series about creating good video ideas.

Video ideas is the best time you can ever spend before creating videos.

Finally, one more videos as I was doing my catch up sessions…

One of the only other YouTube Guru’s I follow is Ed from CreatorBooth.

Not only does he practice what he preaches, but he has an outstanding way to teach as well…

In this video, he explains how to put together an effective “challenge video” but not just any challenge video, one with a distinct story line to keep people hooked for as long as possible…

That is it for me, this should be plenty for you to keep yourself busy as we try to build these YouTube empires!
