Fastest path to my failure

I may have underestimated how hard it is to create a YouTube channel.

I’m having the same problem most people have with their channels… a struggle to remain consistent.

Even with a video editor, I have way too much going on.

But I have a plan to fix it.

Don’t even let anyone tell you that doing online business is easy.

But I will say that it is worth it, 100%.

I know that because I have done this multiple times.

There is a main difference between myself and someone just getting started with creating content online.

If you have never earned a paycheck from your own online efforts, you are creating content “not sure” if it will work.

That is TAXING on your brain. The constant question is… is the effort worth it?

Even though the growth of my newest YouTube channel has slowed dramatically, I still know that there is tons of cash on the other side of this hurdle.

So when things slow, it’s not a big deal. No growth is 100% linear, meaning you will always double up from week to week. There will be dips and ups and downs.

Can you fight through the dips? When things are not working out the way you think?

After getting views of 20k, 16k, 5.9k….

My last 3 videos have been 261, 347, and 1k.

But in the time that it’s taken me to produce the last 3 videos, I should have posted 6.

So, what am I doing to fix it?

Simplifying.

I’m reading The 12 Week Year, which is an excellent book, and the goal is to turn this business into a 10k/mo biz in the next 12 weeks.

Sounds crazy, right?

But that is the goal, and I have plans to get it there, I just gotta make a plan and stick to it.

The major part of the plan? Post more YouTube videos.

That is what I plan to do.
