Afraid of looking back 10… 20… 30 years from now and thinking…
“What if I’d tried?”
“What if I’d launched my idea into an online business?”
“How much could I have provided for myself and my family by creating a highly profitable business I was proud of?”

First thing I learned…
The Click thru Rate (CTR) is not as important as everyone on YouTube makes it seem. What we need to focus on is IMPRESSIONS.
Your CTR will naturally go down as the impressions increase. In fact, I have seen some instance where the CTR went UP and that was a BAD thing for the video.
Second thing I learned…
The Topic of the video is everything… EVERYTHING. Did I say everything?
I’ve been using tools like 1of10 (click here for a special discount of 20%) to find GREAT ideas that are blowing up my channels.
The only muscle I needed to learn (and still learning) is how to tell a good video idea from a bad one.
Third thing I learned…
The only way to flex the muscle is to create and see what happens.
This is very reminiscent of Google SEO. For some reason, with bloggers, we don’t mind testing and iterating. But when it comes to YouTube, we stop using our creative muscle and just “hope”
If you are like a lot of SEOs that are diversying your traffic away from Google Search, YouTube is (and has been for a while) a great way to diversify to something that we have more control over.
Not saying that YouTube is immune (it is a Google property anyways) But it does seem more mature and it works.
YouTube has 2.49 billion active users each month. You can sure find your audience in that and generate some serious dough…
